Thymalin
A thymus-gland peptide bioregulator (Khavinson). The thymus, where T-cells mature, shrinks with age; Thymalin is used in short annual courses to support immune function and healthy aging. Different from Thymosin Alpha-1 (a single defined peptide); Thymalin is a thymic peptide complex.
Standard
Units column is at 10 mg/mL. Note: a thymic peptide complex, not the same as the single-peptide Thymosin Alpha-1, though their immune aims overlap.
Cycle & timing
Cycle: 10-day course, repeated every 6 months as the standard Khavinson protocol.
Timing: Any time of day.
Where: IM or SubQ. Rotate.
What to expect
Immune support over the course; longevity benefits are based on long-term Russian cohort data rather than Western RCTs.
How much to buy
