2026-06 catalog expansion (42 compounds)

Dosing/recon first built from the community DBs (Tier 1), then a primary-source verification pass (Jul 2026) checked the higher-risk compounds (in-trials incretins, GH secretagogues, experimental-safety claims) against ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, Consensus, and FDA labels; the Survodutide ceiling was corrected to the trial dose. Steroids use standard TRT/cycle refs; cosmetics standard topical %; remaining bioregulators/experimental peptides stay community-sourced, flagged where no validated human dose exists.

June 2026 update sources

Lilly & Novo Nordisk press releases (TRIUMPH-1/TRIUMPH-4, SURMOUNT-5, Zepbound OSA, Ozempic CKD/FLOW, Wegovy MASH); The Lancet (TRANSCEND-T2D-1, Jun 2026); FDA approvals (Forzinity, Egrifta WR, Skytrofa adult GHD); EMA/WHO NAION advisory.

July 2026 update

Folded the men-vs-women guide into the doc: a Men/Women dose note on every peptide page (steroids carry explicit virilization warnings), plus new Understanding Your Bloodwork and Peptides by Sex & Life Stage reference pages. Per-peptide sex-difference sources added as clickable PubMed links; every reference link re-checked for dead URLs. References moved to the bottom of each page. Doc renamed Peptide Protocol Reference → The Complete Peptide Guide. Added a “Combining Peptides in One Syringe” reference section (pages 8–10): the co-mixing science, mix / care / never tables, an all-91 group verdict table, and drawing technique.

August 2026 update

FDA PCAC outcome (Jul 23–24, 2026): the advisory panel recommended six of seven peptides for the 503A compounding bulks list; BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax; and rejected DSIP (emideltide); per-peptide warnings updated with the vote tallies. Advisory only, not binding; FDA rulemaking is pending (likely 2027). NSAID interaction corrected: BPC-157 heals independently of the prostaglandin/COX pathway, so NSAIDs don’t “blunt” it; the real reason to skip NSAIDs during a healing cycle is that NSAIDs slow tissue healing on their own (use acetaminophen for pain).

Sex-based dosing (men vs women)

Cited on each peptide page as clickable PubMed searches.

  • GH / IGF-1 & estrogen route: Span 2000, Weissberger 1991
  • GLP-1 & testosterone: Jensterle 2020
  • HCG / male fertility: Coviello 2005
  • Kisspeptin (both sexes): Abbara / Dhillo 2015
  • Bremelanotide / PT-141: Kingsberg 2019 (women), Wessells 2000 (men)
