Men & women

Side effects

Swelling, bruising, tenderness, redness, firmness/nodules for days–weeks. Rare infection or injury if mis-injected.

Drug interactions

Anticoagulants / antiplatelets / fish oil: increased bruising/bleeding; Bromelain may potentiate anticoagulant effects

What it does

Lemon Bottle is a lipolytic injectable combining bromelain (a pineapple enzyme), riboflavin (vitamin B2), and lecithin (phosphatidylcholine). Injected into subcutaneous fat, it disrupts fat-cell membranes so the fat is metabolized and cleared. Used for small, stubborn fat pockets; not large-area weight loss.
